Test of the Topaz Champion
System: Adventures in Rokugan (a 5e SRD game)
GM: Roderick Easton
Description: For thousands of years, the samurai of the Great Clans have served the Hantei Emperor in guiding this land’s destiny. But now, danger besets Rokugan on all sides. While the Great Clans march to war with one another, blood magic users corrupt the Empire from within, the spirits of the restless dead haunt its wilds, and to the south, hordes of foul oni batter against the Kaiu Wall, the last defense against the vile demons pillaging Rokugan. With the Great Clans distracted on all fronts, it falls on brave warriors and adventurers to protect the common folk and fight these threats. Do you have what it takes to defeat these ancient evils and ensure the Emerald Empire stands for another thousand years? The system for this game is based on that of Dungeons & Dragons, but with a completely different set of Species, Classes, Backgrounds and Feats.

Planescape: Esoterica
System: DnD 5e
GM: Leo
Description: Set in the D&D setting of “Planescape,” the players will play a group of adventurers trudging around the multiverse, visiting surreal vistas and conversing with freaks of all shapes and alignments. This campaign will be episodic and incorporate both modules and custom made elements, and can be altered significantly based on if the players have specific desires for their characters. The focus will be on narrative and exploration, and as such making a somewhat detailed character and backstory will be quite helpful, as I almost always use character’s background elements within the story. I am fairly lenient when it comes to rules and mechanics, meaning I would recommend people who prefer very tactical and strategic combat to probably steer clear. The general tone will be surreal and unsettling, both in part due to the setting of Planescape itself and also my general proclivities as a DM.

Pennies of Blood
System: DnD 5e
GM: Aemilia Kibble
Description: Pennies of Blood is a campaign done in the style of Penny Dreadfuls, gothic serial literature from the Victorian period. The campaign will be composed of chapters spanning at least one (probably more) session(s) each, which consist of largely self-contained mysteries inspired by classic Penny Dreadfuls, set in and around the sprawling industrial city of Gévren. There will be elements of gothic horror, mystery and adventure as you are thrust into the underworld of the vast, smoggy and labyrinthine metropolis.

Lady Blackbird
System: Lady Blackbird
GM: Elisaveta Lavrentieva
Description: Lady Blackbird is a noble on the run from an arranged marriage from Count Carlowe. She hired a smuggler skyship, The Owl, to escape the Ilysium world to the end of the Remnants, where she can be reunited to the pirate king Uriah, her once secret lover. However, The Owl has been captured by the Imperials, and it’s not long until the crew’s identity is revealed… Romance is a key theme here, and the game comes with pre-made characters. It is a simple ruleset, so it is good for beginners. There shall be skyship battles, sky squids, dastardly escapes, and more!

Monster of the Week
System: Monster of the week
GM: Holly Rankin
Description: This is a game about hunting monsters and solving mysteries. Exact theming/setting of the game can vary on what the players want. The default setting is based off shows like Buffy and Supernatural (although I have never actually seen either show, so there may or may not be a resemblance). Game mechanics are pretty simple so it is beginner friendly. There are some horror elements by the nature of the game.

The Hollow Lord’s Revenge
System: DnD 5e
GM: Samuel Williams
Description: DISCLAIMER: This game’s slots have been filled. However, if a slot opens up feel free to join!
After a daring expedition into a cursed, war-torn city, your group finally has a solution to the debt collectors nipping at your heels: the Codex Infinitalis, an artifact from a time before the False Prophets and the Sundering that followed. Unfortunately, the priceless book didn’t turn itself into currency when you found it, so your wishes haven’t come true just yet. Elsewhere, a mysterious benefactor seeks adventurers to investigate strange happenings over the horizon, as well as the acquisition of a certain powerful artifact. People are often quick to call coincidence these days, but the world is rarely so lazy. In any case, there is blood to be spilled, mysteries to solve and airships to ride. A D&D 5e adventure in a homebrew setting, this game will be a mini-campaign of roughly 10-15 sessions, filled with high fantasy adventure mixed in with some darker elements to keep things interesting. Both newcomers and veterans are welcome!

Everyone’s a goblin
System: DnD 5e
GM: Jules Alekseeva
Description: After a party of adventurers met its untimely demise in a spiked pit of a goblin camp, the chief has decided to bestow all of their equipment onto a crack team of goblins – you. Everyone starts as a lv1 goblin adventurer, going on missions to aid the goblin camp, stealing nice things for your own enjoyment, and potentially figuring out the greater significance of an inherited artefact. I’m planning a chill player-centered game, for new or experienced players alike.

The Oldest City – Foundations and Family Means Business
System: FATE Core
GM: Logan Anderson
Description: These two campaigns (one afternoon, one evening) have been designed to be inexorably linked. The first will be a bronze age tech level story of a fantasy world in which the oldest city in existence is formed. High Fantasy with homebrew races and plenty of meddling gods. The second is set thousands of years in the future where, 25 years after a cosmic scale war between gods, the world this city is on is opened up to a whole myriad of other civilisations and cultures. The ruling class of this city, the Fatebreakers, are in a weakened state after the war and a death of one of their leaders. So a variety of organisations seek to wrest control of the city behind the scenes. This second campaign will be sci-fantasy with a very variable level of technology. Elevator pitches: Foundations will be a bronze age fantasy campaign centered around the founding of a city state. Family Means Business will be a mafia-style game of politics and cloak-and-dagger power struggles in an ancient urban playground. Both will be very open and sandboxy. The players will determine the ultimate direction of the story.
